The person suffering from disease lacks factors VIII and IX responsible for blood clotting. A small cut may lead to bleeding till death. Men are affected by this disease while women are the carriers. Mutation of a structural gene on chromosome number 15 causes Marfan syndrome. This disease results in formation of abnormal types of connective tissues and characteristic extreme looseness of joints. Thus, the correct answer is option C.
