Using the formula $k=2.303tlog\frac{[A]_o}{[A]_t}$

In one hour

$k=\frac{2.303}{1}log\frac{0.4}{0.2}=0.6933hour^{−1}$

In two hour

$k=\frac{2.303}{2}log\frac{0.4}{0.1}k=0.6933hour^{−1}$

Since rate constant K is same, we know that the reaction is of order 1.
