Let $ y_1={{\cos }^{-1}}( \frac{1-x^{2}}{1+x^{2}} )=2{{\tan }^{-1}}x $ , $ {{\cot }^{-1}}( \frac{1-3x^{2}}{3x-x^{3}} )=3{{\tan }^{-1}}x\Rightarrow \frac{dy_1}{dy_2}=\frac{( \frac{dy_1}{dx} )}{( \frac{dy_2}{dx} )}=\frac{( \frac{2}{1+x^{2}} )}{( \frac{3}{1+x^{2}} )}=\frac{2}{3} $
