$ 4x^{2}-22xy-2xy+11y^{2}=0 $
$ 2x(x-11y)-2y(x-11y)=0 $
Therefore $ (2x-2y)(x-11y)=0 $
$ 2x-2y=0 $ or $ x-11y=0 $ , \ $ y=x $ or $ y=\frac{x}{11} $ .
Since, both the lines-passing through the origin.
