$ \Rightarrow  $  $ n=10 $
$ \therefore  $   $ (x+1)+(x+4)+……+(x+28)=155 $
$ \Rightarrow  $   $ \frac{10}{2}[(x+1)+(x+28)]=155 $
$ \Rightarrow  $  $ x=1 $ .
