Solution:

[c]From the given condition $ n(M\cup F)=15 $ , $ n(F)=8,n(M\cap F)=4 $ So, $ n(M\cup F)=n(M)+n(F)-n(M\cap F) $ $ n(M)=n(M\cup F)+n(M\cap F)-n(F) $ Hence $ n(M)=15+4-8=11 $
