Correct Answer: B

Solution:

$ L\equiv 3x-4y-8=0 $ $ {L _{(3,4)}}=9-16-8<0 $ and $ {L _{(2,-6)}}=6+24-8>0 $ Hence, the points lie on different side of the line.
