Solution:

$ \theta ={{\tan }^{-1}}( \frac{2-\sqrt{3}-2-\sqrt{3}}{1+4-3} )={{\tan }^{-1}}(-\sqrt{3})=120^{o} $ Considering smaller angle $ {\theta }’=60^{o} $ .
