Solution:

From option B, $ \begin{vmatrix} 1 & 2 & -10 \\ 2 & 1 & 5 \\ 5 & 4 & 0 \\ \end{vmatrix} =1(0-20)-2(-25)-10(3)=0 $ Hence, option (b) is the correct answer.
