Correct Answer: C

Solution:

Let $ L_1\equiv 2x+5y-7=0 $ and $ L_2\equiv 2x-5y-9=0 $ , so that $ m_1=-\frac{2}{5},m_2=+\frac{2}{5} $ . Lines are neither parallel nor perpendicular, also not coincident. Hence the lines are intersecting.
