Solution:

Here the lines are $ x-3=0,y-4=0 $ and $ 4x-3y+a=0 $ . These will be concurrent, if $ | \begin{matrix} 1 & 0 & -3 \\ 0 & 1 & -4 \\ 4 & -3 & a \\ \end{matrix} |=0\Rightarrow a=0 $ .
