Solution:

Lines are concurrent, if $ | \begin{matrix} a_1 & b_1 & c_1 \\ a_2 & b_2 & c_2 \\ a_3 & b_3 & c_3 \\ \end{vmatrix} =0 $
Þ $ \begin{vmatrix} 1 & 0 & q \\ 0 & 1 & -2 \\ 3 & 2 & 5 \\ \end{vmatrix} =0 $
Þ $ 1(5+4)-0+q(0-3)=0 $
Þ $ 9-3q=0 $
Þ $ q=3. $
