Displacement $ \overrightarrow{AC}=\overrightarrow{AB}+\overrightarrow{BC} $
$ AC=\sqrt{{{(AB)}^{2}}+{{(BC)}^{2}}}=\sqrt{{{(400)}^{2}}+{{(300)}^{2}}}=500m $
distance $ =AB+BC=400+300=700m $
