Options:

A) 1/128

32

128

D) None of the above

Show Answer

Answer:

Correct Answer: C

Solution:

Volume of the gas $ V=\frac{nRT}{P} $

and using $ P{{V}^{\gamma }} $ = constant .

We get $ \frac{P’}{P}={{( \frac{V}{V’} )}^{\gamma }}={{( \frac{d’}{d} )}^{\gamma }}={{(32)}^{7/5}}=128 $
