Therefore $ \frac{T _{N}}{T _{0}}=\frac{M _{N}}{M _{0}} $

Therefore $ \frac{T _{N}}{273+55}=\frac{14}{16}=\frac{7}{8} $

Therefore $ T _{N}=287K=14{}^\circ C $
