Solution: (b) Since, three dice are rolled.

$\therefore \quad$ Total number of cases $S=6 \times 6 \times 6=216$

and the same number appear on each of them $={ }^6 C_1=6$

$\therefore \quad $ Required probability $=\frac{6}{216}=\frac{1}{36}$
