Variation Of Acceleration Due To Gravity :

  1. Inside the earth surface

$g=\frac{G M}{R^{3}} r$

i.e. $g \propto r$

Out the earth surface $g=\frac{G m}{r^{2}}$

i.e. $g \propto \frac{1}{r^{2}}$

So, till earth surface $g$ increases linearly with distance $r$, shown only in graph (c).
