Total ways to partition 5 into 4 parts are:
$5000 \rightarrow 1$
$4100 \rightarrow \frac{5!}{4!}=5$
$3200 \rightarrow \frac{5 !}{3 ! \cdot 2 !}=10$
$3110 \rightarrow \frac{5 !}{3 ! \cdot 2 !}=10$
$2210 \rightarrow \frac{5!}{2! \cdot 2! \cdot 2!}=15$
$2111 \rightarrow \frac{5 !}{2 ! \times 3 !}=10$
