$ \begin{aligned} \Rightarrow d & =\int I . d t=\int _0^{10}(20+3 t) d t \\ & =(20 t) _0^{10}+3\left(\frac{t^{2}}{2}\right) _0^{10}=350 C \end{aligned} $
