$ \begin{alignedat} & \frac{G m}{a^{2}} \\ \Rightarrow F _{\text {Net }} & =\frac{G m^{2}}{a^{2}}\left[\frac{1}{2}+\sqrt{2}\right] \\ & =\frac{2 \sqrt{2}+1}{2} \frac{G m^{2}}{a^{2}} \\ \Rightarrow 2 a^{2} & =32 l^{2} \\ \Rightarrow a & =4 l \end{aligned} $
