For the reaction $\text{Fe}_2\text{N}(s) + \frac{3}{2}\text{H}_2(g) \rightleftharpoons 2\text{Fe}(s) + \text{NH}_3(g)$

(1) $K_c = K_p(RT)$

(2) $K_c = K_p(RT)^{-1/2}$

(3) $K_c = K_p(RT)^{1/2}$

(4) $K_c = K_p(RT)^{3/2}$

Solution

$\Delta n_g = 1 - 3/2 = -1/2$. $K_p = K_c(RT)^{-1/2}$, so $K_c = K_p(RT)^{1/2}$.
