Solution

$[\text{Mn(CN)}_6]^{4-}$: Mn$^{2+} = 3d^5$, CN$^-$ strong field, 1 unpaired electron, hybridization $= d^2sp^3$. $[\text{Fe(CN)}_6]^{3-}$: Fe$^{3+} = 3d^5$, CN$^-$ strong field, 1 unpaired electron, hybridization $= d^2sp^3$. Both are paramagnetic.
