The dipole moments of $\text{CCl}_4$, $\text{CHCl}_3$ and $\text{CH}_4$ are in the order:
(1) $\text{CHCl}_3 < \text{CH}_4 = \text{CCl}_4$
(2) $\text{CCl}_4 < \text{CH}_4 < \text{CHCl}_3$
(3) $\text{CH}_4 < \text{CCl}_4 < \text{CHCl}_3$
(4) $\text{CH}_4 = \text{CCl}_4 < \text{CHCl}_3$

Solution
$\mu_{\text{CCl}4} = \mu{\text{CH}4} = 0$ due to symmetrical structure but $\mu{\text{CHCl}_3} \neq 0$. So dipole moment order is: $\text{CHCl}_3 > \text{CH}_4 = \text{CCl}_4$.
