Solution
$(\text{CH}_3)_2\text{CH}-\text{CH}=\text{CH}_2 \xrightarrow{\text{HCl}} (\text{CH}_3)_2\text{CH}-\text{CHCl}-\text{CH}_3$. After hydride shift: $\text{CH}_3-\overset{\text{CH}_3}{\overset{|}{\text{C}}}(\text{Cl})-\text{CH}_2-\text{CH}_3$. There is no chiral carbon in the product of this reaction.
