$p$-Chlorotoluene $\xrightarrow{\text{Cl}_2/h\nu}$ $p$-chlorobenzal chloride ($\text{CHCl}_2$) $\xrightarrow{\text{H}_2\text{O},\Delta}$ $p$-chlorobenzaldehyde (via unstable gem-diol intermediate which loses water to give CHO).
