Show Answer
Answer: (3)
Solution
Gypsum on heating to 393 K forms plaster of Paris. $\text{CaSO}_4 \cdot 2\text{H}_2\text{O} \xrightarrow{393\text{K}} \text{CaSO}_4 \cdot 0.5\text{H}_2\text{O} + 1.5\text{H}_2\text{O}$.
