Solution

Carbocation is formed on reaction with Ag$^+$. $(\text{CH}_3)_3\text{C}^+$ is most stable carbocation compared to other carbocation i.e. $\text{CH}_2 = \text{CHCl}_2$, $\text{CCl}_3$.
