$V_{\text{rms}}$: Root mean square speed; $V_{\text{mp}}$: most probable speed; $V_{\text{av}}$: average speed

Solution

The order is $V_{\text{rms}} > V_{\text{av}} > V_{\text{mp}}$. From graph, A is the peak (most probable), B is next (average), C is furthest right (rms).
