(1) Both $\Delta S$ and $S$ are functions of temperature.

(2) Both $S$ and $\Delta S$ are not functions of temperature.

(3) $S$ is not a function of temperature but $\Delta S$ is a function of temperature.

(4) $S$ is a function of temperature but $\Delta S$ is not a function of temperature.

Solution

A system at higher temperature has greater entropy (randomness). $\Delta S$ is related with $q$ and $T$ as: $\Delta S = \int \dfrac{dq}{T}$.
