Solution
At $t=0$, inductor is open circuit. $R_{eq} = \frac{54}{15}$, $I(t=0) = \frac{5E}{18}$. At $t=\infty$, inductor is wire. $R_{eq} = \frac{33}{10}$, $I = \frac{10E}{33}$.
