Solution
$E_{\text{ind}} = L\frac{\Delta i}{\Delta t}$. $100 = \frac{L(0.25 - 0)}{0.025 \times 10^{-3}}$. $L = \frac{100 \times 0.025 \times 10^{-3}}{0.25} = 10^{-2}$ H $= 10$ mH.
