$\gamma = \frac{\Delta l}{l} + \frac{\Delta b}{b} + \frac{\Delta h}{h} = 5 \times 10^{-5} + 5 \times 10^{-6} + 5 \times 10^{-6} = 60 \times 10^{-6}$/°C. Value of $C = 60$
