$ \begin{alignedat} & \frac{dN}{dt}=rN(\frac{K-N}{K}) \\ & \text{ If } K=N \text{ then } \frac{K-N}{K}=0 \end{aligned} $
$\therefore \quad \frac{dN}{dt}=0$.
The population reaches asymptote.
