$\therefore R=\frac{m v}{q B}=\frac{\sqrt{2 m(k E)}}{q B}$

Therefore KE of $\alpha$ particle

$=\frac{q^{2}}{m}=\frac{(2)^{2}}{4}=1 $ $MeV$
